Pi Network is a developer platform and social cryptocurrency secured and backed by everyday people. Since 2018, Pi Network has grown to over 35M engaged users across 230+ countries and regions. Founded by a team of Stanford PhD’s, Pi Network addresses the preexisting accessibility and distribution challenges in the blockchain industry.
Pi can be easily mined on mobile phones with a low financial cost, and Pi Network is creating a robust utilities-based Web3 ecosystem accessible to real people worldwide. With this large crypto-enabled social network and a burgeoning developer platform, we have the potential to become a pillar company of the next wave of technological revolution––will you join us in that cause?
Follow us on any of our social media accounts to get real time updates about everything that goes on in Pi.
The Original Pi Whitepaper was published on PiDay, March 14, 2019. While our original vision remains unchanged, the details of this whitepaper are not fully up to date. On December 28, 2021, along with the release of the Enclosed mainnet, we published three draft chapters of the Updated Pi Whitepaper, detailing the Pi token token model and mining mechanism as well as the project’s roadmap.
